FWD enhances protection for customers with “FWD Care Medical Rider 3.0"

Ho Chi Minh, 9 August 2024 – With the vision of changing the way people feel about insurance, FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company (‘FWD’) has officially introduced its new rider, ‘FWD Care Medical Rider 3.0.’ This product offers six protection plan options, ranging from basic to advanced, with sum assured ranging from VND 50 million to VND 3 trillion, catering to diverse customer needs.

Upgraded and supplemented with distinctive benefits, the product ‘‘FWD Care Medical Rider 3.0” is expected to provide comprehensive protection plans for customers with notable advantages including:

• Exceeding Coverage: Customers can increase their annual sum assured by up to 50% when the initial inpatient treatment limit has been fully utilized.
• Mind strength: Beyond physical health protection, the product extends comprehensive benefits for mental health treatment. Additionally, customers receive dedicated support and counseling services from mental health experts through the Thoughtful app, free of charge for one year.
• Borderless Limit: Recognizing the increasing global mobility and ease of travel for medical consultations and treatment, the product expands its coverage globally, allowing customers to access advanced medical methods in leading countries worldwide.
